Job description

We’re partnering with inclusive and welcoming secondary schools in Oldham that are open to individuals from all walks of life, whether you’ve worked in retail, customer service, the armed forces, or even hospitality. If you’re confident speaking to groups, can think on your feet, and enjoy working with young people, this role could be a natural next step.

The position involves supervising lessons during teacher absences, maintaining behaviour expectations, and keeping pupils on track with their work. You’ll be supported with CPD opportunities and on-the-job training, helping you build both skills and confidence.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
