Maternity cover starting March until December initially

A secondary school are seeking to recruit a Geography teacher for March potentially sooner. This is a very last minute request as the person initially covering the maternity as found another role. Newly qualified Geography teachers are welcome to apply.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Geography teacher to work in a solid department which makes good progress each year and has saw a climb in results under new leadership. You will be a Geography teacher with a great knowledge of your subject and natural ability to build rapport with children. In return you will be given the opportunity to develop your teaching practice, become an outstanding Geography teacher and secure a permanent contract after the initial temporary assignment.
