Are you looking for your next Geography Teaching position?

A secondary school in a rural area of Stockport is seeking a Geography Teacher to join their high achieving Humanities department. The Geography Teaching position is due to start after Easter, for one year initially, with the possibility for a permanent position following. This vacancy is due to a Maternity leave in the Geography department. The successful Geography Teacher will be able to deliver engaging lessons and be able to teach up to KS4.

This secondary school in Stockport is set in pleasant rounds, creating a peaceful learning environment for pupils. The school provide a broad and varied curriculum for pupils, as well as varied extra curriculum activities, which encourages pupils to find and pursue their passions. This also helps pupils to develop as individuals both in and outside the classroom. The school has a strong ethos and values, which create a respectful culture amongst pupils and teachers. The culture means that challenging behaviour is kept to a minimum.
