Geography Teacher (Secondary) - Manchester
Teaching Personnel are looking to recruit a Geography Teacher to fulfil a full-time temporary role in a fantastic secondary school in Stockport starting from September for a maternity cover.
Due to an upcoming maternity leave in the humanities department, the head teacher of this well established secondary school in Stockport is looking to take on an enthusiastic and dedicated Geography teacher to join the team from September.
Highlights:
- Teacher of Geography (QTS)- Stockport, Manchester
- Full-time temporary position (maternity cover)
- September to February initially
- Pay to scale MPS/UPS (£23, 720 - £39, 406)
- Fantastic secondary school located in Stockport
- Covering a full Geography timetable/curriculum (KS3 and KS4)
- Vacancy open to both NQTs and those with experience
Applicants will be expected to meet the following requirements:
- Hold QTS specialising in secondary Geography
- Fully enhanced DBS and suitable teaching references
- Experience as a Geography teacher in KS3 and KS4
- Passion and proven track record for raising pupil attainment levels
