Geography Teacher – Secondary School
Location: Rawtenstall, Lancashire
Start Date: After October Half-Term 2025
Contract Type: Full-time / Permanent (or long-term fixed contract)
Salary: MPS/UPS (dependent on experience)

Are you a passionate and dedicated Geography teacher looking for an exciting new opportunity? We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic teacher to join our vibrant and forward-thinking secondary school in Rawtenstall, starting after the October half-term.

About the Role:
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality Geography lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, inspiring students to develop a love for the subject and achieve their full potential. You will join a supportive and experienced Humanities department that values creativity, collaboration, and academic excellence.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • A strong subject knowledge in Geography
  • Experience teaching Geography at secondary level
  • A commitment to raising standards and student achievement
  • Excellent classroom management and communication skills
