General Tutor

Job Type:

TP Tutors are recruiting teachers to tutor a variety of subjects across the Nottingham area.

Job Duties:

• Provide individual tutoring to students in various subjects.
• Assist students in improving academic achievement by meeting with them on a regular basis to clarify learning problems and work on study skills.
• Create lesson plans and instructional materials tailored to the individual needs of each student.
• Monitor and assess student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.

Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills:

• A relevant degree in Education or a related field.
• Previous experience in tutoring or teaching.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of the subject matter being tutored.
• Effective teaching and mentoring skills.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students.
