Cover Supervisor Role - South Sheffield

A school Teaching Personnel work very closely with requires a Cover SUpervisor to join their team.

The position will involve covering a range of subjects when permanent members of staff are off with sickness. The school will link you up to preferred subjects based on your experience and qualifications wherever possible.

The skills the school are looking for in a candidate include;

•Confident - the ability to communicate in a professional and friendly manner with young people

•Flexible - the school day and plan may change on an hourly basis due to unforeseen sicknesses

•Ambitious - the school are looking for candidates who want to work in education on a longer term basis, including teacher training

The role will involve being responsible for the teaching and learning of full classes, all work will be planned and marked by the class teacher.

There is the opportunity that with the right degree the school may consider a candidate for unqualified teaching positions within a certain subject which would increase the rate of pay of the successful candidate.
