Are you passionate about empowering students to excel in GCSE Maths or English?

At TP Tutors, we're excited to offer an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students' educational journeys in Nottingham. We are currently seeking skilled tutors to provide one-to-one support for GCSE-level Mathematics or English.

This tutoring role involves:

  • Designing and delivering dynamic, personalised sessions tailored to each student's needs, focusing on GCSE Maths or English curriculum objectives.
  • Providing support and guidance to students, fostering their understanding and confidence in key subject areas.
  • Tracking progress and adapting teaching strategies to ensure effective learning outcomes.
  • Inspiring students to achieve their full potential and succeed in their GCSE exams.

These tutoring opportunities are located in Nottingham and surrounding areas, offering accessibility by various transportation options. If you're eager to contribute to students' academic success and gain valuable experience in tutoring GCSE-level subjects, this role is perfect for you.

What we're looking for in a tutor:

  • Strong proficiency in GCSE Maths or English curriculum content.
  • Ability to plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to individual student needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with students and facilitate effective learning.
  • Dedication to student progress, with the capability to monitor and assess learning outcomes.
  • Previous tutoring or teaching experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Successful candidates will be required to undergo background checks and possess a current DBS certificate (registered with the update service). Teaching Personnel is available to support your application process if needed.

Working hours are flexible and can be tailored to suit your availability and schedule.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
