Are you due to graduate this summer and are considering a career in teaching? Would you like paid work experience in a Berkshire school near you to help you decide if teaching is the right path for you?
If yes, then our Future Teachers Programme could be the opportunity you!
What is the Future Teachers Programme?
The Future Teachers Programme is a scheme across England & Wales, designed to help address the current shortages of teachers, by attracting and supporting graduates who are considering a career in teaching, but wish to gain paid school based experience prior to starting a teacher training course.

What are the benefits?
You will have the opportunity to gain a year's invaluable experience as a Graduate Teaching Assistant with one of our reputable partner secondary schools in Reading and progress with the same school to do your teacher training on site! Best of all, you will earn up to £1300 a month for your first year whilst enhancing your confidence, subject knowledge and teaching ability prior to beginning your training.
