Future Teachers Programme – Secondary Schools (Chorley)

What is the Future Teachers Programme?
This initiative is designed for graduates who aspire to become teachers. You’ll work as a Cover Supervisor or Teaching Assistant in local secondary schools, gaining invaluable classroom experience and developing the skills needed for a successful teaching career.
What you’ll do:
- Support teachers and students in the classroom.
- Deliver pre-prepared lessons when required.
- Build confidence in managing behaviour and engaging learners.
What we’re looking for:
- A degree in any subject.
- A genuine interest in education and working with young people.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
