Job Title: Secondary School Cover Teacher (Flexible Roles)

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and committed teachers to undertake flexible cover roles across secondary schools in the Liverpool and Wirral areas. These opportunities are ideal for individuals looking to gain experience, maintain work–life balance, or return to teaching on a flexible basis.
This role is well suited to final-year teaching students, Early Career Teachers (ECTs), and experienced qualified teachers seeking adaptable teaching work within a supportive school environment.
Role Responsibilities:

Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of secondary subjects

Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies

Maintain a positive and productive learning environment

Provide feedback to permanent staff where required
Essential Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or working towards QTS (final-year students considered)

A strong understanding of secondary school education

Excellent classroom management and communication skills
-
Flexibility, professionalism, and a proactive approach

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
