Rate of Pay: Competitive, based on experience

We’re currently recruiting for full-time KS2 teaching roles in several welcoming and forward-thinking primary schools in the Thornton area.

About the Role

As a KS2 Teacher, you’ll play a key role in helping pupils develop the knowledge, skills, and confidence they need to thrive. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Planning and delivering engaging, high-quality lessons aligned with the KS2 curriculum
  • Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
  • Monitoring pupil progress and using assessment to inform teaching
  • Collaborating with colleagues, parents, and school leaders to support every child’s development

Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Recent experience teaching in a KS2 classroom
  • Strong knowledge of the Key Stage 2 curriculum
  • A valid DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
  • A positive, child-centred approach and confident classroom presence
