Supply Teachers

Start Date: September 2025
Pay: £13.75 per hour (in line with experience and assignment requirements)

Are you a passionate and reliable qualified Teacher looking for flexible work opportunities from September 2025? We are currently recruiting Supply Teachers to support the ongoing needs of our partner primary schools across Preston and the surrounding areas.

We offer regular day-to-day supply, short-term cover, and longer-term teaching placements in a variety of school settings.

What we offer:

  • Competitive pay: £120 - £150 per day (dependant on experience)

  • Opportunities across EYFS, KS1, and KS2

What you'll need to register:

  • QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
  • Experience teaching in primary schools (EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2)
  • An Enhanced DBS (Child Workforce) registered on the Update Service, or willingness to apply (we can support with this)
  • Proof of ID and proof of address documents
  • A positive, professional, and flexible approach to teaching

Understanding AWR – Agency Worker Regulations:
After 12 weeks in the same role at a school, you may become entitled to the same pay and working conditions as a permanent employee of that school. This includes access to benefits such as equal pay, working hours, and annual leave allowance. We monitor all placements closely to ensure our educators receive what they are entitled to under AWR.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
