 Early Career Teacher (ECT) Role – Primary School in Lytham 

Are you an enthusiastic Early Career Teacher ready to begin your teaching journey in a supportive and vibrant school? Teaching Personnel is working with a progressive primary school in Lytham that is eager to welcome a passionate ECT to their team this September.

‍ Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and imaginative lessons across the primary curriculum
  • Track and support pupil progress through effective assessment and feedback
  • Create a nurturing, inclusive classroom where every child feels valued
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practices and fresh ideas
  • Take part in ongoing training and development opportunities
  • Build positive relationships with families to support each child’s learning journey

 What We’re Looking For:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification
  • A strong desire to inspire and support young learners
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • A reflective, growth-oriented mindset
  • Openness to new teaching strategies and digital tools

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
