Teaching Personnel is proud to be working with a warm and inclusive primary school in Blackpool, seeking a dedicated Year 1 Teacher to join their KS1 team from September 2025 to cover maternity leave.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and age-appropriate lessons aligned with the KS1 curriculum
• Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment
• Track and support pupil progress through effective assessment
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and carers to support each child’s development
• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and positive learning space

About You:

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent
• A passion for KS1 education and early child development
• Strong classroom management and a proactive teaching style
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• ECTs are warmly encouraged to apply
