French Language Assistant

Have you studies French at an undergraduate level?

Are you fluent in in French and have a passion for teaching?

A current Wokingham school are looking for a French Language Assistant to assist KS4 and Further Education students in the up and coming academic year. The successful candidate will need to be able to speak fluent French or have a very good understanding of the language in order to help and advise Secondary school students when preparing for oral examination.

What the role entails;

Working solely with students in Years 10 to 13, the French Language Assistant will help students in their preparation for the oral component of public examinations.

The teaching commitment will involve approximately 4 hours a week (2 hours per week with GCSE and A Level classes plus up to two hours a week of individual sessions with A Level students). These hours are subject to fluctuation according to uptake at both GCSE and A Level.

The role is to start in September 2020 and will be all year round provided successful candidate get on with the role.
