Food Technology Teacher - South Manchester

Are you a Food Technology Teacher seeking you next position? Do you want to teach in an Outstanding Manchester school?

Teaching Personnel are working in partnership with a secondary school located in South Manchester, in order to recruit a Food Technology teacher. This Food Technology vacancy is for a full time, on going position, starting in January 19. The school are looking for an introduction through Teaching Personnel, with the opportunity for a school based contract for the successful Food Technology teacher. The client secondary school is seeking a Food Technology teacher who will be able to engage their pupils, and teach across the key stages up to KS4. The successful Food Technology teacher will be an inspirational classroom teacher, and display a passion for their subject. This is an opportunity to teach in a modern department that has recently been refurbished, and be to teach in a highly supportive Technology department.

The client secondary school is located a short drive South from Manchester city centre, just off the Manchester ring road. The co-educational school is also easily accessible via public transport, with direct links from Manchester city centre. The school is oversubscribed year on year, and have a diverse and multicultural intake of pupils.

In their most recent Ofsted inspection, the school was graded 'Outstanding' in all areas, an achievement they are highly proud of. The school has high expectations for both their pupils and staff, and encourages all in the school environment to strive for success and reach their full potential. The technology department has recently undergone a full refurbishment, so the successful Food Technology teacher will be working in a modern classroom with up-to-date equipment.
