Level 3 Early Years Practitioner

Teaching Personnel are currently working with a welcoming and well-established nursery in Henley-on-Thames who are looking to recruit a Level 3 qualified Early Years Practitioner to join their team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and passionate Early Years professional who is committed to supporting children during the most important stages of their development. The Role

As a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, you will:

• Support children’s learning and development in line with the EYFS framework

• Plan and deliver engaging activities that support children’s social, emotional and educational growth

• Build strong relationships with children, parents and colleagues

• Monitor and record children’s progress and development

• Support the wider nursery team in creating a positive and inclusive environment

Requirements

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare

• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework

• A passion for supporting children’s learning and development

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
