Level 3 Early Years Practitioner
Job description
Teaching Personnel are currently working with a welcoming and well-established nursery in Henley-on-Thames who are looking to recruit a Level 3 qualified Early Years Practitioner to join their team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and passionate Early Years professional who is committed to supporting children during the most important stages of their development. The nursery prides itself on providing a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment where children are encouraged to learn, explore and thrive.
The Role
As a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, you will:

Support children’s learning and development in line with the EYFS framework
-
Plan and deliver engaging activities that support children’s social, emotional and educational growth
-
Build strong relationships with children, parents and colleagues
-
Monitor and record children’s progress and development
-
Support the wider nursery team in creating a positive and inclusive environment
Requirements
-
Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare
-
Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
-
A passion for supporting children’s learning and development
-
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
-
An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
