This specialist provision supports pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs, including: ASC, SEMH, MLD and Communication and interaction challenges Students benefit from small class sizes, personalised learning plans and practical learning opportunities, helping them develop confidence, independence and key life skills. This setting is involved in an innovative working patterns such as a 4-day working week trial!

Key responsibilities include:

• Planning and delivering a differentiated and inclusive curriculum

• Supporting pupils’ academic progress as well as emotional development

• Creating a positive and structured learning environment

• Working closely with teaching assistants and support staff

• Monitoring progress and adapting teaching strategies where needed

• Contributing to whole-school initiatives that support student wellbeing

What We’re Looking For

• UK QTS or equivalent teaching qualification

• Experience or strong interest in SEN education
