What You Will Be Doing
- Delivering and supervising pre‑prepared lessons across KS3 and KS4
- Maintaining a calm, purposeful, and positive classroom environment
- Supporting pupils to stay engaged and focused during lessons
- Collecting completed work and ensuring it is returned to the appropriate teacher
- Providing relevant feedback to support ongoing learning
- Upholding the school’s behaviour expectations and safeguarding policies
