EYFS Teaching Assistant- Horwich (Bolton) (BL6)

Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting a EYFS Teaching Assistant support teaching on behalf of a school located in Horwich, Bolton.

  • General classroom assistance, including 1:1 support with children across the class with SEND
  • Ofsted graded ‘GOOD’ school
  • Experience working alongside children with SEN would be ideal but not essential
  • Full-time starting from Feb 2021 
  • Competitive rates of pay (GBP325 - GBP375 per week).

This school is an Ofsted graded ‘GOOD’ primary school are looking to appoint a enthusiastic and proactive Teaching Assistant to provide full-time support in Early Years Foundation Stage. The role is a full-time basis starting from February 2021 until the end of the academic year.

 The Role:

  • To work alongside and provide support to the Early Years Class Teacher
  • To create a safe and secure learning environment for all children to thrive and develop
  • To support children with social, emotional and physical development
  • To ensure all inside and outdoor learning spaces are ready for learning

This school is located on the outskirts of the Middlebrook retail park in the BL6 area, making it easily accessible for those using public transport, as all the main bus routes run through Chorley new road where the school is located. Also, Lostock train station is located just down the road for those travelling by train. Furthermore, the school has on-site parking and is located just off the M61, meaning it is accessible for those applying form the surrounding areas of Bolton, such as Chorley, Preston and Manchester.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
