EYFS Support Assistant
Are you an experienced EYFS Teaching Assistant, who strives to raise pupil attainment? Teaching Personnel are currently seeking EYFS support assistants available from January who are looking to work in the Stockport area to support pupils in the early years unit. Teaching Personnel offer competitive pay rates for support assistants, ranging from £49 to £65 a day for short-term assignments – longer term positions are negotiable.
Our client is a primary school with around 310 pupils on roll, is a busy, friendly and popular school with a warm and welcoming ethos which is recognised by all who visit. Candidates that wish to apply must have Cache Level 2/3, BTEC in Childcare and an Early Years related qualification.
Teaching Personnel work in partnership with a variety of leading, nationally recognised CPD providers, such as National Association of SEN, National Autistic Society, Rush Miskin, Team Teach, Educare, Creative Education, St Patrick’s RC High School and Leeds Trinity University. These partners deliver an extensive range of career developing opportunities to you, covering areas such as; Accredited Team Teach, Understanding and Supporting Children and Adults on the Autism Spectrum, An Introduction to Special Educational Needs and Disability, Effective Adult Learning Support, Implications for Challenging Behaviour, Meeting the Emotional, Social and Mental Health Needs of Children and Young People, Differentiation, Data Handling, Assessment for Learning, Planning for Progression, Prevent Duty, Read Write Inc. and Child Protection in Education.
