EYFS Teacher required for a full time Temporary role

One of our client Primary Schools based in Consett are seeking a qualified EYFS/Reception Teacher for a class of 31 pupils starting end of January. The role is full time and currently advertised for 1 term with the potential to extend. The individual must have full up to date knowledge on the Early Years curriculum.

The school have been judged Good by Ofsted in 2017, behaviour is good, however as the school is based in an area of deprivation the pupils start school below the EYFS expectations. The school require someone who is driven and will be committed for the full term.

The school are looking for an individual who has:

  • A QTS with experience in EYFS
  • Proven track record of raising standards with pupils
  • A strong knowledge in the EYFS curriculum
  • Commitment and flexibility
