We are seeking an early years teaching assistant on the behalf of a Primary School in Huyton, Knowsley. They are looking for someone with experience and who is able to hit the ground running immediately.

The role:

You will be working as a teaching assistant providing general support to a class of 30 children. This is a full-time position to start immediately and your main duties will include:

Reading to the children

Assisting the classroom teacher with displays,

Delivering small group interventions inside and outside the classroom

Ideal Candidate:

The school want someone with at a CACHE Level 3 or Degree in Early Years, Early Childhood Studies or something similar. You MUST have at least 1 year experience working with children in Early Years with a sound knowledge of the EYFS curriculum. The school are looking for someone Personable and charismatic with good spoken and written English.
