Job Title: Level 3 Teaching Assistant
Location: Birmingham, UK
Pay Rate: £77 - £85 per day (depending on experience)
Job Start Date: ASAP
Are you a dedicated and passionate level 3 qualified Teaching Assistant looking for full time working opportunities in the Birmingham area? Teaching Personnel is seeking motivated individuals to fill level 3 Teaching Assistant roles in local schools. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting teachers and students in their educational journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the classroom teacher with lesson preparation and delivery.
- Provide one-on-one support to students with additional needs.
- Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Help maintain a safe and orderly classroom setting.
- Engage and motivate students in their learning.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant is preferred but not essential.
- level 3 Qualification withing EYFS education/supporting teaching and learning.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine passion for helping students succeed.
