Flexible Nursery Bank Staff – West Midlands
Teaching Personnel is proud to be working in partnership with a large, well-established nursery group across the West Midlands. We are recruiting Nursery Bank Staff to support multiple nursery settings with part-time, flexible, term-time opportunities.
These roles are perfect for individuals seeking regular, pre-booked work that fits around other commitments.

Daily nursery support roles across West Midlands locations

Weekly shifts pre-booked in advance

Opportunities to work across a wider nursery group rather than a single site
Who We’re Looking For
Applications are welcome from candidates with a range of early years experience. Shifts will be prioritised as follows:

Level 3 EYFS qualified Teaching Assistants / Early Years Practitioners
-
Level 2 EYFS qualified staff and Teaching Assistants
-
Candidates with nursery or primary school-based experience

Relevant childcare, EYFS or education experience

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
