Exam Invigilation Work!

Role Overview:

As an Exam Invigilator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of examinations by supervising and monitoring students during their assessments. You will ensure that exams are conducted according to strict regulations and guidelines, creating a fair and secure environment for all candidates. Exam sessions run on a morning and/or afternoon basis, with half or full day shifts available!

 

Responsibilities:

  • Set up examination venues in accordance with procedures.
  • Greet students and assist them with finding their seats.
  • Distribute exam materials and instructions.
  • Monitor students during exams to prevent cheating or misconduct.
  • Handle any disruptions or irregularities that may arise during the exam.
  • Collect and secure completed exam papers.
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity throughout the examination process.

 

Requirements:

  • NO formal qualifications required – all training provided!
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to remain vigilant for extended periods.
  • Reliability and punctuality.
  • Ability to follow instructions and adhere to strict guidelines.
  • Flexibility to work on an ad-hoc basis during exam periods.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
