What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting teachers with lessons and classroom routines
• Helping pupils with learning activities, either 1:1 or in small groups
• Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Encouraging good behaviour and supporting pupil wellbeing

Who We’re Looking For:

• Someone who enjoys working with children and young people
• Reliable, adaptable, and keen to learn
• Interested in building a long-term career in education
• Willing to complete a Level 2 TA qualification
