Job Description:

Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant looking for flexible work in Burnley primary schools? We are recruiting Supply Teaching Assistants to support schools with short-term and long-term cover needs, including:

• Staff sickness
• Staffing gaps
• Additional support for pupils with EHCPs

This is a fantastic opportunity to work across a variety of school settings, supporting children in their learning and development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide classroom support to teachers and pupils
• Work 1:1 or with small groups of children, including those with additional needs
• Help maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Support children’s emotional and educational development

Requirements:

• Experience working with children in a professional setting (e.g. school, nursery, youth work)
  OR
• A relevant qualification in childcare, education, or support work
• A flexible and proactive approach to work
• Ability to travel to schools in the Burnley area
