I am looking for an enthusiastic and passionate SEN English Teacher to start a position after Easter.

The school caters for 118 pupils aged 4-16, they also now offer post 16 provision. It is based in Bournemouth and is easily accessible via public transport. The role will be full time with the potential of being taken on permanently with the school.

This role would suit a Newly Qualified, Recently Qualified Teacher or someone with experience.

As an SEN Teacher, you must have a natural aptitude on the behaviour management and interpersonal skills as well as a very enthusiastic and positive manner. You must be able to have a level of resilience, have a good sense of humour, be able to build rapport easily and will ideally have experience working with students who have Autism, SLD, PMLD or Behaviour Issues.

Our ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, committed and flexible and have a love of teaching students with special educational needs. You will want to inspire and motivate students and will not mind students who are sometimes anxious and show challenging behaviour.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
