English teacher need for Stockton-on-Tees secondary school

Teaching Personnel Teesside are currently working closely with a large school based in Stockton; the school is looking to appoint somebody as soon as possible to ensure that students maintain their progression in their studies. The successful applicant will be teaching KS3-5, which means that planning, prepping and marking will be an integral component to succeeding in this position.

OVERVIEW

• Position commencing as soon as possible
• Producing lesson plans and setting tasks for students to ensure that they are up-to-date with their knowledge of English curriculum (particularly in the case of GCSE and A-level classes)
• Full-time position, teaching KS3-5
• Ensuring that students struggling to make progression in their assessments are given the necessary support to encourage a positive learning attitude-such as making them aware of steps they can take to maximise their retention of information and ways to better their exam performance
• Pay rate ranging from £120-160 per day
