Are you a Secondary Teacher ready for a role where you can truly change the direction of a young person’s life? We are supporting a specialist provision looking to appoint a resilient and dedicated teacher to work with students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.

The Role
- Deliver engaging, adaptable lessons within your subject specialism
- Support students with SEMH needs through consistent and structured approaches
- Create a calm, positive and inclusive learning environment
- Work closely with support staff and external professionals
- Monitor progress and tailor teaching to meet individual needs
- Build strong relationships that encourage trust, motivation and participation
What You’ll Bring
- QTS (or equivalent)
- Strong subject knowledge (all specialisms considered)
- Confident behaviour management skills
- A calm, patient and resilient approach
Desirable:
- Experience within SEMH, SEND or alternative provision settings
- Understanding of behaviour strategies and trauma-informed practice
- Experience working with disengaged or vulnerable learners

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
