Teacher of English required after October half term

We are currently recruiting for a teacher of English to join our ambitious and growing department after the October half term. This full time position is suitable for Teachers looking for a permanent position, with a passion for education and a life long interest in guiding young minds.

The ideal teacher will have a history of teaching English to KS3 and GCSE and achieving outstanding results. You will have an interest in supporting the department with creation and implementation of resources as well as planning lessons for the curriculum to be shared with your fellow teachers. You will be happy working in a team, with a close knit faculty as part of a motivated and passionate staff team.

This is a new purpose built school with state of the art provisions and resources allowing you to step into the classroom and focus on delivering high class lessons immediately, the pupils are friendly, hard working and proud of both the school and their work, making teaching here a pleasure.

This position is suitable for teachers at all stages of their career, whether you are just starting out as an NQT or  previous head of department, we are able to accommodate and provide CPD and training to ensure you progress in your profession and continue to love teaching. NQTs will have a subject and pedagogy mentor who will support them through their first year of teaching.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
