English Tutor – KS3–KS4 – Flexible Hours – Nottinghamshire

Position Type: Part-time, Flexible
Subjects: English (Key Stage 3 – Key Stage 4)
Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–4:00pm
Teaching Personnel is looking for passionate and committed English tutors to provide high-quality, targeted support to students across Key Stages 3 and 4 in Nottinghamshire. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a flexible basis, supporting pupils on a 1:1 or small group basis to boost their confidence and attainment in English.
Role Highlights:

Flexible working pattern – you choose your availability

Provide up to10–15 hours of tuition for each pupil per week, with opportunities to work with multiple pupils per day

Sessions take place Monday to Friday between 8:30am and 4:00pm
-
Deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned English tuition tailored to each pupil's needs

Work in a variety of settings including schools or designated off-site locations
Ideal Candidates Will Have:

Experience teaching or tutoring English at KS3 and/or KS4

A strong understanding of the national curriculum and assessment requirements

The ability to engage and motivate students of varying abilities

A professional and reliable approach to independent teaching

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
