English Tutor – KS3–KS4 – Flexible Hours – Nottinghamshire

Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–4:00pm

Teaching Personnel is looking for passionate and committed English tutors to provide high-quality, targeted support to students across Key Stages 3 and 4 in Nottinghamshire. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a flexible basis, supporting pupils on a 1:1 or small group basis to boost their confidence and attainment in English.

Role Highlights:

  • Flexible working pattern – you choose your availability

  • Provide  up to10–15 hours of tuition for each pupil per week, with opportunities to work with multiple pupils per day

  • Sessions take place Monday to Friday between 8:30am and 4:00pm

  • Deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned English tuition tailored to each pupil's needs

  • Work in a variety of settings including schools or designated off-site locations

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

  • Experience teaching or tutoring English at KS3 and/or KS4

  • A strong understanding of the national curriculum and assessment requirements

  • The ability to engage and motivate students of varying abilities

  • A professional and reliable approach to independent teaching

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
