Are you aspiring to gain experience prior to starting a PGCE in September 2020 or 2021?
Our Blackburn based school is a successful training provider and runs a highly successful SCITT programme in collaboration with a number of other local schools. As a ‘Teaching School’ there is an excellent staff ethos which centres on staff wellbeing and development. We are looking to appoint graduates to start in September 2020 and starting ASAP.
Interested Graduates seeking a role should be either available immediately on a flexible basis (minimum 3 days per week) or available full time starting in September. All candidates considering this role should be able to demonstrate a genuine passion for working within education and ideally be able to offer relevant work experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Intervention work (English specific)
- 1:1 Support work with targeted pupils
- General Classroom support
- Cover Supervision
Successful candidates will benefit from:
- 6-12 months paid experience in a successful secondary school
- Flexible work experience
- Direct route into a highly successful Initial Teacher Training provision
- Highly supportive school environment
