English Graduate Intervention specialist needed in Burnley

A school in the Burnley area have approached Teaching Personnel to help with the recruitment of Teaching Assistants. There have been a number of positions become available for candidates with a keen interest in starting a career in education.

The school have requested candidates with an outgoing and enthusiastic personality. The school in the Burnley area are looking for candidates who would be comfortable working 1-1 with targeted pupils to raise the attainment levels with their English GCSE's. The role will also include working closely with teachers to support small groups of pupils within English lessons.

A suitable candidate for this role would be outgoing, hardworking, resilient and enthusiastic about making a difference to pupils' education. To be considered a candidate should have experience working with children, be enthusiastic about working in a secondary school and have a degree in English (desirable not essential). A candidate which was successful would benefit from the following:
