English & Maths Tutor – Northumberland (NE65)

Part-Time | Monday to Friday | School Hours

Do you have a passion for helping young people succeed in English and Maths?

We're looking for an enthusiastic and reliable English & Maths Tutor to support learners in the NE65 area of Northumberland. You'll deliver tailored tuition that helps students build confidence, strengthen core skills, and reach their learning goals.

Your Responsibilities

✔ Deliver engaging English and Maths tuition on a one-to-one basis.
Plan and adapt lessons to meet each learner's individual needs and learning style.
✔ Build students' confidence and encourage independent learning.
✔ Monitor progress and maintain accurate session records.
✔ Create a safe, positive, and supportive learning environment.

Essential Requirements

  • Experience teaching or tutoring English and Maths.

  • Strong knowledge of the UK curriculum.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • A flexible, patient, and proactive approach.

  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).

  • Right to work in the UK.
