FE Teacher – Multiple Curriculum Areas – September 2025 Start – Northamptonshire
Are you an experienced Further Education (FE) teacher or a passionate educator looking to make a meaningful impact across a diverse range of learners?
Teaching Personnel is currently seeking motivated and inclusive educators to join the vibrant Further Education (FE) sector across Northamptonshire from September 2025. This opportunity involves working across multiple provisions including Study Programmes (16–18), Adult Learning (19+), Apprenticeships, and Higher Education (HE) pathways.
You will play a pivotal role in supporting learners from varied backgrounds, helping them reach their full academic and personal potential. We have both full-time and part-time roles available depending on your availability and expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver up to 855 teaching hours per academic year (pro rata for part-time)
- Plan and deliver engaging, inclusive lessons tailored to varied learner needs
- Contribute to curriculum development and cross-college collaboration
- Use digital platforms and EdTech tools to enhance learning
- Provide constructive and developmental written and verbal feedback
- Lead on attendance and punctuality initiatives
- Participate in assessment, internal verification (IQA), and exam invigilation
- Support students with progression to HE or employment
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Recognised teaching qualification (e.g. PGCE, Cert Ed, or equivalent)
- Experience in the FE sector or strong interest in teaching across multiple age groups
- Strong planning, communication, and organisational skills
- A commitment to inclusive education and student support

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
