Position: Psychology Teachers (x2)
Locations: Northampton & Wellingborough
Start Date: September 2025

Teaching Personnel are seeking two dedicated and experienced Psychology Teachers to work in two of our partner schools — one based in Northampton (NN3) and the other in Wellingborough (NN8). Both schools are well-respected institutions with strong reputations for academic achievement and a commitment to student success. One has been rated 'Good' by Ofsted and was recently named among the top state schools in the East Midlands.

These schools offer a supportive and collaborative teaching environment, with established social science departments that include Psychology, Sociology, Politics, and Economics. Staff are actively involved in curriculum development and share a commitment to academic excellence, with student outcomes consistently exceeding national averages.

We are looking for:

  • 2 Psychology Teachers (1 in Northampton, 1 in Wellingborough)
  • Full-time
  • Passionate educators who can contribute to the ongoing success of the social sciences team

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • A degree in Psychology or a closely related field
  • A genuine passion for teaching and delivering high-quality education
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
