Engagement Tutor
Job description
Job Duties:
- Provide one-to-one tuition sessions to students.
- Plan and deliver engaging sessions tailored to individual student needs.
- Build strong rapport with students and create a positive learning environment.
- Identify and adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Develop and implement strategies to motivate and engage students.
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other relevant stakeholders to support student progress.
Required Qualifications:
- Degree in a relevant subject
- Experience in tutoring or teaching.
- Ability to work one-to-one with students.
Other suitable Qualifications:
- PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification
- Experience in delivering tuition to students.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Tuition experience
- Ability to work one-to-one with students.
- Hard working and dedicated.
- Resilient and able to adapt to different student needs.
- Ability to plan and deliver engaging sessions.

- Online classroom platform- to enable you to deliver online tuition to students in a virtual environment. This platform offers all the tools you will require to deliver online tuition and is recorded for safeguarding purposes and for revision purposes.
- Hourly rate of £25- £30 which is paid weekly.
- We are a national company so you will have access to an increased volume of tuition work. Once registered you will have a dedicated consultant who will explain how tuition works and how your journey will look with TP tutors.
- Face to face and online tuition options available to suit your availability with tuition available during the school day or after school.
- Access to free safeguarding and CPD courses as well as free access to assessment tools and resources.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
