Educators Needed – Teachers, SEN Teachers & SEMH Teachers

Salary: MPS/UPS (depending on experience) + Potential Additional SEN allowance available

Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time

We are working in partnership with several Multi-Academy Trusts in the Bracknell area to recruit passionate and committed Teachers, SEN Teachers, and SEMH Teachers for permanent roles across Primary, Secondary, and specialist provisions. Whether you are an experienced educator or an ECT looking to build a meaningful career, we have roles suited to your expertise and ambitions.
About the Roles:
Depending on your specialism, you will:

Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons tailored to the needs of your students
-
Support pupils with a wide range of learning profiles, including SEN and SEMH
-
Create inclusive, safe, and structured learning environments
-
Work closely with other educators, support staff, and pastoral teams
-
Access excellent CPD and training opportunities to develop your skills
About You:
-
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) required
-
Passionate about education and making a difference in young people’s lives
-
Experienced or willing to work in SEN/SEMH settings (training provided)
-
Resilient, empathetic, and confident in behaviour management strategies
-
A proactive team player with strong communication and classroom management skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
