We’re looking for a caring and enthusiastic Youth Support Worker (Early Years) to join a welcoming setting in South Bristol. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in children’s lives, helping them to thrive both academically and personally.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting teachers and practitioners in delivering engaging early years activities.

• Providing 1:1 and small-group support, focusing on social, emotional, and learning development.

• Assisting with play-based learning, classroom organisation, and resources.

• Encouraging confidence, curiosity, and positive behaviour in every child.

About You:

• Experience working with children (school, nursery, youth work, or volunteering).

• A caring, proactive, and adaptable approach.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Early years or youth work qualifications are a bonus but not essential – the right attitude matters most!
