Early Years Practitioner - Henley (RG9)

It is a lovely private Nursery located in the heart of Henley and easily commutable by public transport. It is continuously growing and looking for friendly and enthusiastic Early Years Practitioners to join and expanding Nursery. 

Are you:

  • NVQ Level 2 / 3 or equivalent
  • Committed to working as part of a team to secure the best outcomes for our nursery children.
  • Highly motivated, with experience of working within an EYFS setting.
  • Committed to raising standards with high aspirations for all our children.

We are looking for someone who:

  • To supervise, under the guidance of the Phase Leader/ Room leader, all aspects of the room, providing a safe, caring, stimulating and educational environment for the children to learn and develop in.
  • To interact with children. Observe, assess plan next steps
  • To act as a key person to a small group of children, liaising closely and building an effective relationship with parents/carers and ensuring each child’s needs are recognised and met.
  • To work in partnership with parents/carers and other family members.
  • To teach children, offering an appropriate level of support and stimulating play experience
  • To have a good understanding on the Early Years Curriculum

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
