Early Years Practitioner

Do you love creating learning moments that spark joy and curiosity?
Teaching Personnel is recruiting qualified Nursery Practitioners to work in friendly, community-led nurseries across Woking and nearby Surrey towns.
Your day-to-day will involve supporting children aged 0–5 in their early development — from sensory exploration and group play to literacy and outdoor learning. You’ll work closely with experienced educators to build confidence, nurture imagination, and provide children with a positive, safe space to thrive.
Woking is home to a variety of well-established nurseries that focus on holistic, play-based learning, giving you the opportunity to bring your creativity and compassion into every aspect of your work.

Hourly pay from £14–£16, depending on experience

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
