What you'll be doing:

• Supporting pupils in a nurturing and structured learning environment
• Working with small groups of learners (typically 5–8 pupils)
• Providing occasional 1:1 support where needed
• Encouraging positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
• Assisting children with autism, communication needs, sensory differences, and developmental delays
• Helping pupils achieve personal and educational goals

About the school:

This welcoming SEN school supports learners aged 3–19 with a range of Additional Learning Needs (ALN), including Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), PMLD, and communication or physical disabilities.

✔ Degree in Early Childhood Studies (or a related subject)
✔ Passion for working with children and young people

✔ Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
✔ EWC Registration (support provided)
✔ Previous SEN experience is welcome but not required
