Early Career Teacher
Job description
Are you an Early Career Teacher looking to secure your first permanent role or gain valuable experience across a range of welcoming secondary schools in Oldham? We are currently working in partnership with a number of well-regarded schools who are seeking driven and enthusiastic ECTs across core subjects including English, Maths and Science for both immediate and September starts.
These opportunities are suited to individuals who are passionate about making a real difference in the classroom and are keen to develop their teaching practice in supportive and well-structured environments. Whether you are looking for full-time stability, part-time flexibility, or a long-term pathway into a permanent post, we have roles to suit your preferences. Schools we work with are committed to providing strong mentorship, clear progression routes and access to high-quality CPD to help you build confidence and succeed in your early teaching career.
You will be responsible for delivering engaging and differentiated lessons, building positive relationships with pupils and contributing to a collaborative department. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong subject knowledge, a proactive attitude and the ability to create an inclusive learning environment where all students feel supported and challenged.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join schools that truly value their staff and understand the importance of supporting ECTs through their induction years. Many of our placements lead to permanent roles, making this an excellent route into long-term employment within a school that suits your teaching style and career ambitions.
In return, you can expect competitive daily rates, ongoing support from an experienced education consultant, and access to a wide network of schools across Oldham and surrounding areas. We pride ourselves on matching teachers to schools where they can thrive.
If you are an ECT specialising in a core subject (English, Maths and Science) and ready to take the next step in your career, we would love to hear from you. Apply today or get in touch to discuss the opportunities available and how we can support you in securing the right role.
