Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Career Teacher (ECT) to join a vibrant school in Bournemouth. This is an exciting opportunity for newly qualified teachers to begin their careers in a supportive and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Take full responsibility for the classroom, creating a positive and inclusive learning environment

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum

Assess and monitor pupil progress, adapting teaching where necessary

Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and school leadership
Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Passion for teaching and inspiring young learners

Strong classroom management and communication skills

Commitment to professional development and reflective practice

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
