DT teaching role - Croydon - October 2019 start - Graphics.
Design Technology teaching post available at 'Good' Catholic Secondary school based in the borough of Croydon - starting from October 2019.
Rate: £125 - £215 per day.
Teaching Personnel have signed a SLA (Service Level Agreement) with the Southwark Diocese and are therefore looking to recruit a DT Teacher for a 'Good' Catholic school in Croydon. This role has a specialism in Graphics; however they would be interested to meet a general DT teacher if a Graphics specialist cannot be found.
Alongside experienced DT teachers, this is an excellent opportunity for a Newly Qualified Design Technology Teacher to join a fully supportive and inclusive school.
To join us and be successful in this role, you will need to:
- Hold QTS Status or QTLS
- This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional references checks
- Provide a CV with 10 years of employment/education history included and any employment breaks must be explained
- Have the legal right to work in the UK

This OFSTED 'Good' secondary school are looking for a Design Technology Teacher that can deliver an exceptional standard of teaching and learning and has excellent subject knowledge, as well as a great personality for building rapport with staff and students alike. You must be a committed practitioner, who will want to attain the highest standards in teaching and learning throughout the role. You will need to be a collaborative and driven individual who will support and lead on the delivery of the subject through inventive approaches including curriculum design and the use of ICT.
The school is based in Croydon, South London with excellent public transport links and ample parking available.
