Cover Supervisors needed in Neath/Swansea

Teaching Personnel work very closely with a number of schools in the Neath area on a preferred basis and constantly need Classroom Supervisors to cover absences.

Responsibilities-
*Supervising work that has been set by the class teacher.
*Managing the behaviour of pupils whilst they are undertaking their work.
*Responding to any questions from pupils
*Dealing with any immediate problems or emergencies according to the schools policies and procedures.
Requirements/qualifications-
*Experience of working with 11-16 year olds e.g. sports coaching, extra-curricular clubs etc.
*A teaching qualification is desirable (although not essential)
*A degree qualification is preferable
*The ability to establish rapport within a classroom whilst maintaining a high standard of control and discipline.
*Exemplary professionalism
*Good time management
*Excellent communication skills

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.
