Primary Teachers and Cover Supervisors – Inspire Young Learners Across Norfolk

We’re partnering with welcoming, inclusive primary schools that champion creativity and recognise the powerful impact great teaching has on young minds. In this role, you’ll nurture curiosity, build confidence, and guide pupils through the vital early stages of their learning journey.
A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential. You’ll be travelling between school sites, supporting a variety of settings, and bringing consistency and energy wherever you go.
You’ll deliver or supervise engaging, age-appropriate lessons aligned with the primary curriculum. You’ll support pupils of all abilities in reaching both academic and personal milestones. You’ll promote positive behaviour, encourage resilience, and help foster a genuine love of learning. Working closely with teaching assistants and wider school staff, you’ll create a classroom environment that is safe, supportive, and inspiring.
We’re looking for warm, professional, and adaptable individuals who thrive in different primary school settings. You’ll be confident managing routines, engaging young learners, and maintaining a calm, patient, and nurturing presence. A commitment to ongoing professional development is key, as is the ability to build strong, trusting relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
